Shipping Policy
At Shotgunn Kelly's, we are committed providing you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. All orders are processed within 4 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. If you have questions regarding your order or shipping.

Special order Items may take longer to ship or receive.
If you sold you gun online we can help you ship it to the buyers FFL. We have competitive rates with the major carriers and can pack you firearm for shipping and insure that it arrives in the same condition as when you drop it off with us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Shotgunn Kelly’s, we’re committed to delivering your order promptly and ensuring it works just the way it should.
Firearms, Frames & Lower Receiver Returns
When you receive your firearm, frame, or lower receiver at the FFL, please inspect it thoroughly before accepting the transfer. The policies outlined below apply only to firearms, frames, or lower receivers that are picked up from the FFL. Returns are eligible only if the product has been used properly and is returned in its original condition.
If a firearm, frame, or lower receiver is not picked up within 14 days of arrival—including but not limited to a failed background check, being legally prohibited from ownership, refusal to accept the transfer, or any other reason the transfer cannot be completed—the transaction will be canceled.
In such cases, Shotgunn Kelly’s will process a cancellation and return of the product. Refunds will be issued minus applicable fees, including:

New Gun & New Lower Receiver Return Policy
All sales of new firearms and new lower receivers are final. New firearms may be covered by applicable manufacturer warranties. If you require assistance contacting the manufacturer or submitting a warranty claim, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
Non-Certified Used Guns
Shotgunn Kelly’s will accept returns of used firearms with verified mechanical defects for a full refund, provided the return is initiated within 3 calendar days of the physical transfer of the firearm. In cases of mechanical defects, Shotgunn Kelly’s will cover all return shipping costs. After 3 calendar days, all sales are final.
Ammunition, Optics, Magazines, Accessories & Gear
Shotgunn Kelly’s does not accept returns on ammunition, optics, magazines, suppressor components, upper receivers, knives, holsters, hunting gear, range gear, or other accessories. All accessory sales are final.
