Brian & Maureen Kelly
FOUNDERS AND CEO'S
Brian Kelly and his wife, Maureen, founded ShotgunnKelly’s in 2021 at the end of Brian’s career. Brian is a retired police officer of over 30 years. ShotgunnKelly’s LLC believes in being Pro Police/Military/1st Responder. During Brian’s previous career, he was an OPOTA certified firearms instructor for his department. He is certified in pistol, revolver, and SMG
Maureen works as a nurse and has for the last 15 years. She has experience running and managing her own business. Brian and Maureen have three children, Christopher, Kayla, and Michael, all of whom are involved in the daily operations of ShotgunnKelly's.
Kayla Kelly
Chief Financial Officer/ Marketing
Kayla received her Associate’s degree in Business Management in 2019 from Cuyahoga County Community College. While Kayla was working on her Associate’s, she worked full time in banking and was an Assistant Branch Manager at a very well-known financial institution. She is currently finishing up her Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Healthcare Administration at Baldwin Wallace University and is set to graduate this spring (2022). Kayla also served as Director of Finance for her sorority.
Chris Kelly

Chris has served our Country as Military Police with the Ohio National Guard in the 583rd Military Police Company and the 135th Military Police Company. Chris was activated and mobilized with the 135th Military Police Company during the Cleveland Riots of 2020. As a police officer, Chris has taken advanced training courses with the OPOTA (Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy), including advanced building searches, active shooter response, and bomb investigations. Chris also likes to build and modify firearms to suit his needs. Chris is also a member of the Ohio Tactical Officer’s Association.

Mike is currently an EMT locally here in NE Ohio and is currently attending Cuyahoga Community College in order to become a paramedic. In his free time, Mike along with his brother Chris likes to build and modify firearms to suit his needs. Mike loves to serve and has been serving multiple communities for over 4 years and is continuing to expand his knowledge, provide medical care, and educate communities on medical emergencies.
tODD kEMP
Instructor
Todd is a Paramedic for a large city in NE Ohio and is a Paramedic instructor for a large hospital system in NE Ohio. Todd is certified as an Instructor with the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) and is certified to teach Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC). Todd is also an American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor, American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma Stop The Bleed® Instructor, United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) Instructor for Emergency First Aid Fundamentals, and Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals as well as a USCCA Certified Range Safety Officer. Todd is also a member of the Ohio Tactical Officer’s Association (OTOA) along with being an Instructor Member of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians. We hope to have Todd as one of our instructors once we grow.

Scott has years of firearms sales and knowledge. He works as a CCW instructor and avid reloader. In his free time, he enjoys hunting. We are hoping to bring Scott on as an instructor as we grow and start offering classes.
